Sasquatch Baseball Club is a volunteer-led program of service and education to youth. We seek to provide opportunities to youth to learn to play baseball in a safe, healthy, supportive, and empowering environment that recognizes potential and fosters resilience, inclusion, teamwork, mutual respect, and fair play. We seek to impart our values of deliberate practice and continuous improvement. Participants will learn to: 1) work toward well-defined, specific goals, 2) focus with intent on practice activities, 3) receive and respond to high-quality feedback, and 4) develop a mental model of proficiency.
